BALANCED DIET

You should avoid bad fats, fried foods, sweets and junk food and include in your diet carbohydrates, animal proteins (white meat and fish), vegetable proteins (legumes, lentils, and chickpeas), fruits and vegetables. You should not eat fruit near meals; you should better eat it far from meals to avoid bloating.
OUTDOOR WORKOUT
Take advantage of sunny days to do some outdoor workout. Working out outdoors improves your mood. You can go jogging, ride a bike or go for a walk.

Lean on the wall and sit down in an invisible chair, maintain the position until you resist. This is a perfect exercise to tone the legs.
